Description

We are looking for a commercial specialist, ideally with a background in real estate, for a full-time position (part-time possible) in our office in Hof/Saale.

Your main responsibilities will include managing properties in our real estate portfolio, with a focus on administration of residential properties and bookkeeping.

Your tasks:

  • Preparing, creating and checking operating cost statements for residential and commercial properties
  • Compliance with rental law regulations
  • Signing and terminating rental agreements
  • Inspection and handover of rental properties
  • Signing maintenance contracts
  • Correspondence with property owners and tenants
  • Participation in property owner meetings, including follow-up work
  • Handling complaints and disruptions
  • Preparing and arranging orders for property owners' associations

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training
  • Several years of experience in property/real estate management, particularly in operating cost statements
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping is preferred
