TECHNICAL PROPERTY MANAGER (M/F/D)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical responsibility for the properties under your care and ensuring the maintenance services agreed upon with our clients are carried out
  • Reporting, budget responsibility and control of the services provided
  • Planning, organizing and monitoring repair and maintenance work on building systems and ensuring the technical operational readiness of the properties
  • Supervising and coordinating external contractors
  • Scheduling and providing technical guidance to employees

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Technical education, for example as a heating/ventilation/air conditioning technician, mechatronics technician, electrician or similar - additional training in technology is a plus
