Your tasks:

You will provide individual, personal, and comprehensive advice and support to our customers in financing and help them realize their housing dreams
You will achieve this through targeted modernization and construction financing planning
To secure customer needs, you will handle the sale of customized insurance and building society contracts
In addition, your tasks will include active customer acquisition, maintaining existing customers, and contacting property developers
You are a specialist in complex financing, deviating from defined standards and objects

Your profile:

You have completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) with many years of experience in financial advice - ideally in construction financing and/or personal loans
Alternatively, you have a degree in business administration (with a focus on finance) or a further education as a bank business economist (m/f/d) or a degree in business administration supplemented by relevant evidence in financing
You are a sales professional, able to inspire people and have a sense for the wishes and needs of our customers
To fulfill dreams, you are empathetic, a communication talent, and passionate about sales
Sound specialized knowledge in financing as well as in building society and insurance business
In the digital age, you have a corresponding affinity for using consulting programs
