Are you an experienced carpenter seeking a new opportunity in the construction industry Beracah Homes, Inc. is currently hiring a Carpenter to join our team at our Greenwood, DE facility. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality construction of modular homes.


Responsibilities:


  • Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications, including layout, dimensions, and materials required.
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, or drywall according to measurements.
  • Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or preconstructed items.
  • Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, following established safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a carpenter in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods, including installation and construction.
  • Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
  • Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

6am - 2:30pm; Monday - Friday.
Occasional overtime and Saturdays required.
