We are currently looking to fill an immediate opening for a highly organized and experienced Field Representative. No restoration experience needed if you are hungry, have a passion for preparing, negotiating, and closing deals.

As a Field Representative, you'll be responsible for adjusting your selling strategy to meet sales goals, look for clients through networking and offer outstanding after sales and support assistance.

Field Representative Responsibilities:

Generate leads, build a personal network, and schedule appointments for adjustments.
Customize sales presentations to suit the client's needs and highlight specific benefits of our products and services.
Understand the client's pain points and offer solutions from the Meridian Restoration product line and services.
Nurture prospective customers by following up with highquality referrals from existing clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
Prepare and submit sales reports
