Program Manager, Performance Development, (12 months full time, hybrid Bellevue)
Our client, The Pokémon Company International (TPCi), a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company in Japan, manages the property outside of Asia and is responsible for brand management, licensing, marketing, The Pokémon Trading Card Game, the animated TV series, home entertainment, and the official Pokémon website. Pokémon was launched in Japan in 1996 and today is one of the most popular children's entertainment properties in the world.
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager, Performance Development for 12 months on the Talent Development team to manage performance impact practices and routines. You will be working in an employee-first culture with 1,200 global employees who are passionate about Pokémon and the global community of fans.
What you'll do:
Program Ownership: Refine and strengthen our organizational muscle around our performance-management practices to build effective leaders and empower employees to drive impact in their roles.
-Identify prioritize, manage the execution of continuous improvement work for:
-Plan, develop and implement year-end performance process improvements based on prioritized feedback.
-Facilitate decision making if there are programming changes.
-Create a change management and utilization plan to monitor adoption and usage metrics.
-Create a communication and content management plan/model for updates and changes (publish/archive materials).
-Create business process mappings and workflows for shared support of end-user questions and issues.
-Embody the TPCi culture, mission, and values to be successful.

Compensation: This is a contract role that can be W2 or 1099 through our payrolling service. The W2 pay rate will be $75-$100 per hour based on experience.
