West-Call of Texas is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Device Installer to join our growing team.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our cutting-edge nurse call devices are expertly installed and functional within hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout the Houston area and nearby regions.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure nurse call devices and systems in various healthcare settings.
• Ensure all installations meet the specific requirements and standards of each facility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during and after installation.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service tickets, and inventory use.
• Provide training and support to healthcare staff on how to use the new systems.
• Travel to different sites within Houston and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Proven technical skills with experience in device installation or related field.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
