Responsibilities:
- Enhance cash flow optimization by streamlining invoicing methods.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoice submissions for prompt payments.
- Proactively manage customers with overdue payments.
- Identify and enhance order-to-cash processes.
- Communicate with customers to address payment issues.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Over 5 years of accounts receivable and collections experience.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Independent work capability.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly.
- Skilled in building positive relationships within the organization.
