Your Responsibilities

  • Development of rotational symmetric metal forming components
  • Optimization of forming processes
  • Functional testing of manufactured machines, including associated fixtures or peripheral devices
  • Commissioning of our machines, including customer training at our facility
  • Coordination of installations in domestic and international locations, including final acceptance of machines
  • Documentation of forming processes in the Leifeld technology database
  • Ensuring sustainable customer satisfaction

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training as a mechanic/mechatronics technician with additional technical training in mechanical engineering/machine technology
  • Several years of experience in mechanical engineering and solid knowledge of forming technology
  • Extensive knowledge of machine tools, particularly in servo drive technology, pneumatics, and hydraulics
  • Proficient in MS Office, CAD knowledge
  • Qualified CNC programming skills, experience with Sinumerik 840 D and GE Fanuc and/or Beckhoff controllers is advantageous
  • Analytical and conceptual work style
  • Excellent English skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as planning and organizational abilities
  • High level of performance and willingness to travel, reliability, and flexibility
