Your responsibilities will include:


  • Checking incoming invoices
  • Checking incoming credit notes
  • Processing delivery receipts
  • Creating credit notes
  • Preparing for invoicing
  • Evaluating and settling accounts

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed training as a freight forwarder or logistics specialist, a completed commercial training, or several years of experience in the billing department
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Teamwork skills
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Independent and reliable work ethic
