Responsibilities
- Distributor Account Setup and Onboarding Oversee the setup and onboarding of new distributor accounts by ensuring accurate setup of location and contact information in Partner with internal teams to define account structures, verify required documentation, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience
- Lead Research and Qualification Follow up on and qualify inbound leads from multiple channels, engaging customers by phone and email to understand their needs, explain products and/or services and to identify new sales opportunities. Proactively generate additional leads for the field sales team researching prospective customers through construction data platforms and related sources.
