Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or inperson
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies
- Stay uptodate on product knowledge and promotions
Skills:
- Experience in retail sales, with a focus on customer service
- Proficiency with POS systems and cash registers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of technical sales, wireless sales, appliance sales, or electronics sales is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Salesdriven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
