    Role Overview

    • Ensure happiness and success of a portfolio of accounts.
    • Develop strong relationships with Managers, Directors, and C-level Executives within Learning & Development & Operations departments.
    • Map organizational challenges, training needs, and co-develop solution content with Account Managers & Account Directors.

    This Customer Success Manager will play a key role in driving growth & retention across our premier accounts.



    • Maintain close working relationships with existing account stakeholders to ensure they achieve their goals using Attensi's solutions.

    • & _help them use Attensi products effectively
      _deliver impactful launch communication plans ensuring successful solution launches.
