Responsibilities

+Technical Project Management & Customer Onboarding
Owning the complete implementation journey for new customers and existing customer expansions
Serving as technical project manager for new logo implementations and expansion sales
Managing machine connectivity ERP system integrations custom development project delivery
Orchestrate seamless customer onboarding driving platform adoption across client teams
, Partners with Sales pre-sale to scope implementations communicates timelines support new logos
, Deliver seamless trial experiences tech resource
, Coordinate scheduling communication shipping touchpoints between internal teams customers.

  • - Direct experience in technical project management with proven track record of customer success - Self-starter mentality high sense urgency solve problems fill process gaps - Strong understanding discrete manufacturing processes environments - Experience managing complex technology implementing manufacturing settings.
