Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Courier Driver.

As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and packages to various locations in a safe and timely manner.

This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and operating commercial vehicles.


Responsibilities:

• Load and unload packages and goods onto the delivery vehicle
• Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including trucks, vans, and forklifts
• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and proof of delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers in a professional manner
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks
• Communicate any issues or delays with the dispatch team

Skills:

• Experience with loading and unloading packages, including heavy lifting
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Familiarity with refrigerated trailers for transporting temperaturesensitive items
• Commercial driving experience, preferably with tractortrailers
• Ability to navigate routes efficiently using GPS or maps
• Comfortable driving vehicles with manual transmissions
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate delivery documentation
• Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines
• Strong customer service skills to interact with clients professionally

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
