Together, the partnership develops and markets innovative, high-quality residential projects, leveraging deep local knowledge and international investment acumen to deliver industry-leading real estate experiences.

    Role Overview

    Vertical Developments is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive marketing initiatives across its portfolio of luxury residential projects.

    This is a full-time, on-site position based in Coral Gables, FL. The Marketing Manager will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will play a key role in translating high-level brand vision into actionable campaigns and measurable results.

    The ideal candidate is both strategic and operational — comfortable owning initiatives end-to-end while also delegating tasks effectively to internal team members and external partners. Strong familiarity with real estate marketing materials, including architectural renderings, floor plans, lifestyle imagery, and pre-construction marketing assets, is essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Report directly to the CMO and support the execution of overarching brand and marketing strategies
    • Lead the planning and implementation of digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple residential projects
    • Oversee branding efforts to ensure consistency across sales galleries, collateral, renderings, brochures, websites, and advertising
    • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
    • Manage vendors, agencies, and creative partners, ensuring deliverables are on-brand and on-time
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning and campaign strategy
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly
    • Coordinate PR, social media, email marketing, and paid media efforts
    • Effectively delegate and prioritize tasks to ensure streamlined execution across multiple active projects
    • Maintain a strong understanding of real estate marketing tools, including renderings, staging visuals, digital presentations, floor plans, and luxury lifestyle positioning

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and paid social)
    • Strong understanding of real estate marketing, including pre-construction campaigns and visual asset coordination (renderings, floor plans, brochures, etc.)
    • Experience in branding, content strategy, and managing multi-channel campaigns
    • Ability to manage multiple timelines and delegate responsibilities efficiently
    • Expertise in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking
    • Strong PR and social media experience, with the ability to engage diverse target audiences
    • Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills
    • Experience in luxury residential real estate marketing preferred
