Responsibilities:

Capacity to work consistently all day in a physically demanding environment.
Positive attitude and attention to detail.
Strength in training others in equipment and project needs.
Participate in meetings to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Problem solving on site and teaching others to do the same.
Must have experience in leading others and organization skills.
Humility in leadership and capacity to lead by example.

Requirements:

CDL Class A or B with air brakes, manual, and tanker endorsement or ability to test.
Ability to work with and lead team members, develop trust with others and maintain clear lines of communication.
Solid conflict resolution skills.
Solid organizational skills and ability to continuously improve processes.
Experience in landscaping and hydroseed.
Lead from our Mission Vision and Values.
