  • 1. Responsible to provide test security, ensures respect for student information and student confidentiality
  • 2. Comply with all testing procedures, practices and policies 4. Comply with all applicable legal requirements relating to the activities of contracted and ADA related matters.
  • 5. Function effectively indoors in a classroom environment and engage in work of primarily a sedentary nature with the ability to sit or stand at workstation for extended periods

  • Knowledge:
  • 1. Customer and Personal Service General knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of user satisfaction.
