Then, sprint over to Get Yok'd Nutrition, where we're looking for a charismatic Manager-in-Training who knows their protein powder from their pre-workout, and everything else in between
You'll be a topshelf manager, learning to take on the responsibilities of leading at Get Yok'd Nutrition, our in-house superstar who dazzles customers with your charm and knowledge.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Selling fitness supplements and nutritional products to our awesome customers with panache and flair. Think less "robotic salesperson" and more "knowledgeable best friend"
- Engaging with customers, answering their questions, and guiding them to their perfect supplement matches you'll be the Tinder of fitness nutrition
- Keeping the store looking so fresh and so clean, like you just walked into a muscle paradise
- Handling cash and card transactions with the finesse of an Olympic gymnast
- Restocking shelves with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker
- Other duties include but are not limited to: creating and analyzing reports in Excel or Google Sheets, delegating tasks to team members each and every day, keeping track of store procedures, keeping other team members accountable for work that needs to be done, making sure the store opens and closes on time every single day, ensuring customers receive proper care and instruction with each supplement, conducting any necessary returns or exchanges,
What You'll Need:
- Basic understanding of retail operations and management
- Knowledge of inventory management and control
- Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) AND Google Workspace
- Ability to analyze sales data and create reports
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Conflict resolution and problemsolving abilities
- Empathy and understanding towards customers and team members
- Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Time management and organizational skills
- Decisionmaking and prioritization abilities
- Delegation and supervision of tasks and responsibilities

- Sales and merchandising skills
- Knowledge of retail trends and industry practices
- Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in sales or retail (required) 3 years
- Experience in sales or retail management (required) 1 year
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
