Sierra Charlie Aviation professional pilot school that was found in 2016 with a goal to be a leader in flight training located in Scottsdale and Chandler, Arizona.

Responsibilities include:

• Selling Sierra Charlie Aviation Programs
• Manage sales leads.
• Assist with and/or lead consultations/orientations.
• Meet with leads.
• Provide weekly progress reports to the staff.
• Meeting Enrollment Quotas

Qualifications/Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication,
• Highly organized,
• Detailed oriented,
• Able to work in dynamic, fastpaced environment,
• Customer focused mindset,
• Able to work under pressure.

Education, Work Experience, Etc.

• 1 year sales experience,
• High School Degree required
• College degree preferred,
• Aviation knowledge preferred but not required,
• Apple iOS,
• Hubspot and or SalesForce preferred,
• Multiline telephone systems,
• Microsoft Office.

Pay:
$48, $58,817.81 per year
