We offer you the position of Department Head (m/f/d) Public Affairs and Association Management at our location in Frankfurt am Main in the Corporate Communications and Public Affairs department.


These challenges await you:

  • You will be responsible for leading and developing the Public Affairs and Association Management department, as well as shaping, expanding, and further developing the company's political external relations in close coordination with the department and executive management.
  • You will also develop the company's energy policy positioning and association management.
  • You will represent the company in energy policy expert committees, political events, and discussions with political stakeholders.
  • You will identify opportunities and risks in political legislative processes and regulatory decisions and derive recommendations for action for the company.
  • You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing public affairs activities such as developing argumentation strategies, statements, and policy papers on relevant legislative processes and political discussions, as well as preparing publications, speeches, presentations, and discussions with political representatives.
  • You will monitor and analyze political debates and legislative initiatives at the city, state, federal, and EU
