What can you expect?

  • You will have overall responsibility for the sales process, from independent acquisition of new customers to coordinating all necessary departments to successful nomination
  • You will support and advise customers on technical solutions and the feasibility of upcoming projects
  • You will be fully responsible for achieving project goals regarding costs, deadlines, quality, and product characteristics in the areas of development, industrialization, factory integration, factory setup, and production
  • You will independently plan, monitor, and control the overall project scope, taking into account the project optimum or compliance with underlying customer contracts and project objectives
  • You will define and implement a sustainable acquisition and sales strategy for the responsible market segment
  • You will lead, coach, and motivate the project team independently in terms of expertise

What should you bring?

  • You have successfully completed a degree with a technical background
  • You have commercial and technical understanding
  • You have several years of practical experience in customer support
  • You are familiar with project management methods
  • You have experience in the automotive industry
  • You have fluent English skills
  • You think and act entrepreneurially and have team and communication skills, a high level of self-motivation, as well as honesty and loyalty
