    A1FED is looking for a CPIC/ IT Investment Portfolio Specialist for our Federal Government contract in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

    • Portfolio Management

    • Program Management
    • Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC)
    • Budget Planning and Administration
    • 508 Compliance
    • Information Security
    • Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA)
    • Human Resource Technology
    • Human Resource LOB
    • Grants & Agreements
    • FAR part 39 – Acquisition of Information Technology
    • FAR part – Modular Contracting
