- To provide Physical Therapy evaluation, treatment, discharge planning, education and preventative rehabilitative care to patients in need of it. Services are provided across the outpatient continuum and rendered in a cost conscious, quality focused and customer oriented manner. The focus of this job is the restoration or improvement of function while reducing dependencies and in the reduction and/or prevention of injuries. Compliance with all applicable regulatory standards is also required in this role.
- Graduate of an accredited school in PT with a Bachelor, Masters or Doctorate degree in PT
- New graduates considered
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- Current licensure in the state of Georgia in respective discipline
