- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant curriculum
- Knowledge of the occupational therapy profession as normally acquired through academic experience, clinical affiliations, and/or previous work experience in the field
- Demonstrated competence in the care of populations served which may include neonatal, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric
- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) from the state of Georgia
