- Own pricing strategy and execution for our wholesaler partners and chain customers.
- Optimize discounting to drive profitable volume growth with our wholesaler partners.
- Align changes to key internal stakeholders and effectively communicate to sales team.
- Track discounting dollars against a budget on a rolling month period.
- Analyze and interpret syndicated data to drive our channel strategy and customer strategy with ad hoc projects, both at the macro category level and customer level
- Experience in IRI, Nielsen, Idig or Spins
- Has pricing analysis experience
- Excellent in excel (more than proficient)
- Wholesaler experience is a plus

We produce, package, and ship our products at the cider house in East Boston, which is also the location of our office, taproom, and seasonal outdoor bar.
Mission of the Role:
The mission of this role is to create and implement analytically-sound pricing strategies that drive the business forward.
Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
-2-4+ years relevant analytical experience in CPG (any category, but beverage is preferable)
Measurement of Success:
30 - understanding of our business, who to go to, 3-tier system if not from industry
60 - Understanding the complexities of pricing–how we set it, our goals, wholesalers' goals
90 - Owning discounting and starting to accurately track
