    Digital Data Strategy Manager

    You will be responsible for:

    Defining data collection requirement (business requirements) & strategy especially around database management, orchestration and master data management activities for an omnichannel ecosystem.

    Manage, triage requirements from multiple stakeholders and work with onshore, offshore Analytics engineers for successful enablement with active communication by setting right expectations.

    Managing a consistent method of tagging our various digital platforms to support end-to-end channel analytics that includes both web and mobile applications

    Documenting, sharing and applying implementation guides, standards, and best practices including creation of FRD, BRD and other documentation

    Creating, gathering, and managing analytics data needs of the lines of business and translating them into technical specifications

    Actively building relationships with lines of business and acting as a consultant for data needs. Periodically analyzing data and current state, reporting out systems statuses, findings, and recommendations.

    Establish thorough understanding of customer requirements, potential business implications and provide business insights

    Oversee the delivery of client deliverables to ensure that the team efforts are streamlined to enable analytics, by prioritizing efforts of engineers and QA specialists to meet objectives

    Identifying potential data quality issues; responsible for quality assurance testing and guidance for correction of any issues that are observed

    Provide digital analytics guidance for all assigned accounts. This guidance consists of identifying, planning, and executing analysis opportunities.

    Serve as the point of escalation for the client requests

    Develop and foster client relationships, especially within clients analytic departments

    Manage relationships with clients and partners and identify opportunities for new data sources

    Advising on, building and maintaining complete documentation for all projects.

    Managing data independently to realize trends and process improvements, keeping up to date with the latest technology trends and recommending areas for improvement

    Providing ad hoc reporting

    Managing and working on web analytics audits and measurement frameworks to ensure all KPI's are tracking appropriately

    Your impact:

    About you:

    Have hands on experience of at least 5 years on Digital Analytics and pharma related business use cases with experience in AWS/Azure/Oracle data management tools or workbenches

    Request queue management with multi-tasking ability to manage large operation

    Must be proficient in SQL and ability to pull data from variety of different databases, including manipulating and set-up up ongoing pulls

    Strong knowledge of the Digital Marketing space, including Display, Programmatic, Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Email & general Digital Marketing strategy

    Data operations and management

    Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint)

    Project management using tools such as Jira, Workfront, etc.

    Expert understanding of digital and pharma data

    Ensure proper analytics implementation of online marketing campaigns

    Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects across internal teams

    Must be a team player but also have the ability to work independently

    Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
