Responsibilities

You analyze demographic and technological developments, as well as market trends, that impact our business and society
You develop various presentations from storyline to execution in PowerPoint
You write content for our online marketing on platforms such as LinkedIn and manage our Google Ads
You work with our location analysis tool to identify potential future properties
You drive the development of a leading, modern coliving operator through close collaboration with the management team

Qualifications

You are enrolled in a businessrelated degree program (e.g. business administration, economics, business psychology, industrial engineering, marketing), social and humanities degree program (e.g. social sciences), or design/productoriented degree program (e.g. communication design)
You ideally have some experience in business development and/or project management, as well as marketing
You are passionate about our product and want to contribute to a socially relevant activity with our team
You live in Berlin, so that we can regularly welcome you to our office in Prenzlauer Berg
You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
You have fluent German skills and good English skills (written and spoken)
