The JOB:


As a Front Desk Night Auditor, you will have the opportunity to work independently while providing crucial information to all departments to successfully manage the resort.

Our Front Desk Night Auditor will be responsible to complete all required audits and reporting tasks each night.

This is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.

This position is the ambassador of the Front Desk.

This role as Front Desk Night Audit requires skills such as patience, attention to detail and a desire to take care of others.

Requirements:

Previous customer related experience an asset

Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Highly responsible & reliable, must be able to work evenings, weekends, holiday's and overnight shifts
