Description

We are currently looking for a full-time Chemical Laboratory Technician (m/f/d) for our location in Wülfrath, FL, with an indefinite employment contract.

Full-time shift work.

Your responsibilities:

Maintenance and upkeep of laboratory equipment
Quality control of raw materials, semifinished and finished products
Monitoring and optimization of calibration of testing equipment
Management, storage, and disposal of retention samples
Conducting wastewater testing
Documenting test results
Processing analysis orders (e.g. extending expiration dates, supporting complaint processing)
Managing supplier quality inspection certificates
Optimizing testing methods

Your profile:

Successfully completed training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, CTA, or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of chemicalphysical and instrumental analysis (e.g. gas chromatography, NIR spectroscopy, automatic titrators)
Enjoyment of working in a dedicated team, as well as crossdepartmental collaboration (e.g. with production, research and development laboratories)
Experience with shift and weekend work (Monday to Friday in three shifts, as well as one Sunday night shift per month), and willingness to work shifts
Flexibility and an active, independent, and goaloriented work style
Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP PR1)
