Description
Busy Property Management team in a luxury building is seeking an experienced Porter/Janitor for a Temporary Position.

The Porter/Janitor will be key members to the on-site management team who is responsible for the overall upkeep of the buildings interior and exterior image.

This is a Full Time Position, Tuesday

  • Saturday 8am5pm.

Requirements:


  • Must have at least 2 years cleaning/porter experience.
  • Must be Skilled in various type floor Cleaning/polishing/shampooing.
  • Must help keep landscaping clean by inspecting and cleaning property each morning
- a skilled grounds person is a must.

  • Must be able to lift 5080lbs.
  • Assist the Lead Super and Property Manager as requested.
  • All other duties as assigned.
