We are currently seeking full-time purchasing employees (m/f/d) for permanent positions at the Heinrich Stracke GmbH group of companies in Hanoverton, OH.
Based in Dessau, the Heinrich Stracke GmbH is a specialized partner for complete shopfitting solutions. From concept development to project management and construction supervision, we realize a wide range of projects.

Our focus is on (transportation) gastronomy and convenience stores, where we can bring all visions in the field of furniture and shopfitting to life.

We take care of all details, from furnishings to flooring, ceilings, walls, and even climate and lighting technology. Our in-house carpentry also produces custom furniture for shopfitting. We offer optimal solutions to meet our customers' needs.


Your responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for purchasing, monitoring deadlines, and managing inventory of production materials in our wood processing company (carpentry/shopfitting) including panel materials and accessories.
  • You will monitor agreed delivery dates and quality requirements.
  • You will handle all correspondence with suppliers and clarify any questions within the production processes.
  • You will provide necessary documents for production.
  • You will maintain master data (articles, prices, suppliers) and expand the supplier network.
  • You will also be responsible for complaint management.
  • You will work closely with other departments.
  • General administrative tasks complete your area of responsibility.
