Responsibilities

• Cultivating a loyal account base by providing approved products and services, contributing to lasting relationships.
• Evaluating the operational aspects of various concepts across all accounts. Engaging franchisees and field management in discussions about procedures, strategies, and operations.
• Effectively communicating and coordinating with different departments to ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Focusing on boosting sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with your director and keep close communication to understand operations
• Overseeing scheduling and inventory management for operational efficiency.
• Strategizing and establishing regional objectives.
• Managing and resolving critical operational issues, even beyond regular hours.
• Periodically conducting assessments of operations as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Representing SnowFox with professionalism by always maintaining a neat and wellgroomed appearance.
• Completing any other associated tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or related experience
• Food/Retail/Franchise experience is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, problemsolving, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
• Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
• Ability and flexibility to travel as required
• Travel Required 100%
• Have and show outgoing and friendly behavior; a positive attitude and have the ability to interact with franchisees.
• Have good communication skills; and the ability to take direction and participate in a team environment.
• Adhere to all safety, health, Weights and Measures regulations including COOL, and achieve and maintain a Food Handlers permit/Servsafe

Pay:
From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
