    Our Newest Opportunity:


    The Implementation Specialist supports the benefits team with setup of new third party administration business including; health reimbursement arrangements (HRA), individual coverage health reimbursement arrangements (ICHRA), flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA) and consolidated billing services.

    The Implementation Specialist also sets up the benefit plans in PrismHR for open enrollment of client sponsored plans and backs up the benefits implementation team with RE master plan setup in PrismHR.Key ResponsibilitiesGather benefit & census information from new clients or benefit broker/OD representativeSetup client, EEs and plans in Pittsburgh office portalSetup client, EEs and plans in WEX portalSetup existing COBRA participants in all systemsGather login information for benefit carriers and all information to pay carriers (consolidated billing)Reconcile TPA bank account monthlyReconcile carrier bills for new consolidated billing clients (5-10 clients at a time)Schedule ongoing meetings with new clients to discuss progress during implementationTransition meeting to hand off client to service teamBuild the online benefit administration workflow for client sponsored plans in PrismHR/ iSolvedBackup the benefits implementation team with RE master plan setup in PrismHR/iSolvedRequired Experience Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree with equivalent experienceProficient computer skills in Excel, Word and OutlookPreferred Skills Excellent customer service and communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to multi-task and maintain a high level of honesty and integrityPositive, can-do attitudeYour base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.

    In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
