The UKH Service GmbH is a majority-owned subsidiary of the University Hospital Halle (Saale) AöR. It was founded to provide tertiary non-medical services.

To expand our team at the University Hospital in Halle (Saale), we are currently looking for
Maintenance Cleaners
(m/f/d).


Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the maintenance and hygiene cleaning of existing premises, while adhering to hospital hygiene guidelines.
  • You clean and disinfect patient rooms, administrative and sanitary facilities.
  • You also maintain inventory and replenish consumables.
  • You are responsible for handling and operating simple industryspecific tools and equipment.
  • You work according to the specifications of the service specifications and comply with all occupational safety measures.
  • You are responsible for reporting any defects to the relevant departments within the hospital.
  • You are also responsible for the proper use of various substances relevant to maintenance and hospital cleaning.

Your qualifications

  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in building cleaning. Career changers are also welcome.
  • Experience in cleaning laboratory areas, intensive care units, and/or clean rooms is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of typical cleaning agents and machines is also beneficial.
  • You are a reliable, responsible, and motivated team player.
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation.
  • You are willing to work at least one, but a maximum of two weekends per month.
