Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and close new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by conducting all sales activities.
  • Research and target potential clients using various lead generation tools and platforms.
  • Qualify leads through initial outreach, understanding their needs, and assessing their fit for CamoAg and helping them progress through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing deals in the pipeline through creative followup communications designed to increase customer interest in CamoAg products.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of closed ARR.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Keep uptodate with the agricultural industry trends and the competitive landscape to enhance sales efforts.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in sales development, Account executive, or a similar role in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Experience working in a fast paced, early stage startup environment with a small sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (eg HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • A selfstarter with a track record of successful, credible lead followup and sales development or AE at multiple levels within an organization.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in the agricultural sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
