Job Description
The Foster Care Case Manager (FCCM) is accountable for providing, coordinating, and facilitating all case management services required to assist the permanency goal for children in out-of-home care by the court system.
The FCCM will act on behalf of abused and neglected children, give testimony in court when necessary, cooperate with community members and other professionals to deliver comprehensive services to families, and create and execute permanency plans for children under the custody of the children's division.
