The Role and What You'll Do:

The Vice President of Consumer Marketing & Growth, On Location, is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive consumer revenue growth, customer engagement, and brand awareness.

This individual will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and play a key role in shaping the company's marketing vision, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives for all On Location hospitality and experience businesses with a focus on building the NFL, WWE, UFC, and NCAA properties, as well as the college travel business, and golf and tennis properties.

This position requires a seasoned manager with extensive experience in digital marketing, partnership marketing, brand marketing, and stakeholder management, as well as a strategic mindset, and ability to lead a high-performing team.


Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and lead the overall consumer marketing strategy in alignment with the company's business goals with a focus on top partnerships, most importantly, the NFL.
  • Identify market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies to drive top and bottomline growth.

Growth Strategy:

  • Drive overarching consumer revenue and profit growth strategy in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders with a focus on new customer acquisition and increasing LTV of existing customer base.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong growthoriented relationships with key internal and partner stakeholders for the NFL, NCAA, WWE, UFC and other On Location partners.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and grow a highperforming consumer marketing team.
  • Drive a culture of accountability and measurable impact among marketing team.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Digital Marketing:

  • Drive digital marketing strategy, including online advertising, paid and organic social, content marketing, CRM, and SEO/SEM.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Consumer Insights:

  • Utilize market research and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Monitor customer feedback and trends to enhance the overall consumer experience.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the consumer marketing budget, ensuring costeffectiveness, revenue growth and a positive return on investment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, including digital marketing, product, sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of consumer marketing efforts with overall business goals.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Expertise working across multiple properties and understanding of how to market for high value sales.
  • Expertise and experience in direct to consumer, B2B, B2C, marketing across ticketing platforms, brand, and digital.
  • Proven track record for results and impact in a similar marketing leadership role.
  • Proven ability to work with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in sports marketing highly preferred.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed and relationship driven organization.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of building and leading highperforming teams.
