The STI Security Training International GmbH, headquartered in Flörsheim am Main, was founded in 2001 and is an innovative company in the field of air, industrial, and supply chain security with 215 employees. STI develops and distributes computer and web-based e-learning products in the field of air, industrial, and supply chain security. The product range includes the internationally used training solutions OTS (Operator Training System) and NEOS. Other business areas include services in the field of passenger and cargo control, as well as consultations and on-site training in the aforementioned areas.

We aim to further expand our leading position and are currently looking for a IT Support Technician (m/f/d) to join our IT department at our headquarters in Flörsheim am Main / OT Wicker.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing Level II and Level I support for our software products NEOS, OTS (On-Premise, Cloud)
Assisting the development team in the agile implementation of customer projects and the expansion of our existing software products
Installing, configuring, and supporting our software products on-site and remotely for clients (including international clients)
