Senior Consultant

Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and MS Exchange

Germany (remote)

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be a key player in facilitating requirement workshops, defining problem statements, and carefully reviewing and analyzing requirement specifications to ensure alignment with business needs. You will also contribute to the development of future-state workflows, conduct thorough fit gap analyses, propose alternative solutions, and produce detailed design documentation, all while ensuring comprehensive testing throughout the process.

  • For highly complex projects, you will be responsible for configuring, building application/process solutions, implementing deployment plans, and resolving data migration and cut-over user issues.
  • You will also support knowledge sharing to provide high-quality and valuable consulting solutions to customers, following guidelines, policies, and norms.
  • You will have a positive impact on the learning culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration, rewarding excellence, and respecting and valuing diversity.

Required Technical Expertise:

  • 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Identity Manager/Forefront Identity Manager.
  • Ability to write and modify Rules Extensions, including MA Extensions and MV Extensions.
  • Knowledge of MIM sync engine, including Connectors, Precedence, and run profiles.
