- Learn to handle objections and close sales proficiently.
- Report progress to Sales Manager regularly.
- Respond to customer inquiries both in-person and online.
- Set appointments and assist customers with product information over the phone.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Carry out additional assigned tasks.
- Prior experience in automotive sales.
- Enthusiastic and energetic throughout the workday.
- Outgoing with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proficient with technology and computers.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Capable of passing a background check.

Bonus pay for front and backend gross & vehicles sold
Schedule:
5-day work week
Monday - Saturday; 1 weekday off (either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)
Operating hours of the store:
Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 8 PM
Saturday: 9 AM - 7 PM
Language:
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
