Job Summary

The Parts Advisor is responsible for looking up and selling parts to all customers, over the counter, through the shop and on the phone.

Primary Responsibilities

Assisting our customers (internal/external) in selecting needed parts and accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Answering incoming phone calls in a pleasant, professional and timely manner where they will provide price quotes and any other information as requested by the customer.
Pulling/filling orders from stock as well as helping with shipping, receiving and delivering parts as needed.
Provide a high level of service to all our customers.

Qualifications/Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent and prior auto parts sales experience (preferred).
Must have ability to professionally and effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
Must have strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Must be proficient with computers.
Must have a valid driver's license.
