Are you an experienced salesperson or have you worked in the hospitality industry and are looking to further develop your skills? Do you enjoy taking on leadership roles and managing teams, but don't want to completely step away from sales or the restaurant industry?

Then we are looking for YOU Become a team leader (m/f/d) in sales in Bremen, Germany.

This is what your daily work routine looks like:
You will start in our sales team as a versatile sales talent.

After a one-year training period, you will be promoted to team leader (m/f/d) in sales, with 3 to 4 assigned stores.

Your responsibilities will then expand to include leadership and organizational tasks.

Your tasks include:

Ensuring smooth operations in daily business according to Müller & Egerer process standards
Actively participating in sales operations by filling in for absences and staffing needs
Leading store managers and motivating store teams
Regular communication with your superiors
Conducting job interviews for the assigned stores
Playing a key role in establishing our welcoming culture
