Responsibilities:

Coordinating work processes
Managing the nursing process
Providing basic and treatment care
Implementing preventive measures
Properly observing and documenting patient conditions
Administering medication

Requirements:

Successfully completed training as a nursing professional (m/f/d), health and nursing care professional (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), nursing assistant (m/f/d), or a similar qualification
Cooperation, organization, and teamwork skills
Sense of responsibility, reliability, and commitment
Friendly demeanor and empathy when interacting with residents (m/f/d) and family members (m/f/d)
Good German language skills, both written and spoken (B2 level)
