Description

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is uptodate
• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Assist in benefits administration and enrollment processes
• Support HR projects such as training development and organization design initiatives
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies

• Bachelors Degree or previous experience in HR or related field preferred
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and/or ATS to track the recruitment and onboarding process (or similar software experience such as a CRM app)
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentialities of employee matters and sensitive data and information
• Experience with the public and being "the face" of a company or department where a variety of questions and information had to be vetted, triaged to the right person and followed up for conclusion
