This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales person to come in and help us build and scale a high performing team, with a high ceiling for advancement.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments to understand the scope of work required.
• Provide accurate and detailed estimates to potential clients based on their roofing needs.
• Educate clients on the benefits of our roofing products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including homeowners, contractors, and property managers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay uptodate on industry trends, products, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated and resultsoriented.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
