Position Summary:

This is a Leadership Position and responsible for assisting the VP of Sales and Marketing.
Primary responsibility is to drive sales with a focus on start-up & close-out communities.

Mentor new sales associates, supervise New Home Consultants, and give them the resources and support needed.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Oversee the management and development of Sales teams within their communities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve workplace goals
  • Monitor market and competitor activity to secure market share positioning
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining top talent (sales, & sales trainee)
  • Ensure that sales and closing objectives are met
  • Improve customer satisfaction by anticipating consumer needs
  • Maintains a high level of visibility in the home building business, actively participating in promoting their communities
  • Assist in resolving any issues that arise in their communities
  • Occasionally standin for field personnel, (NHC), to ensure sales continue to be driven
  • Contribute to and occasionally conduct weekly sales meeting
  • Contribute and execute the vision of the V.P. of Sales & Marketing as it relates to sales & general marketing strategies

Job Knowledge and Skills:


  • Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in sales, construction, and operations
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fastpaced high work volume
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and producer
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
  • Flexibility to help assist with new task and office change
  • Capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi
- task and prioritize work

  • Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a background check

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field
  • A minimum of 35 years previous management experience within this industry
