Team Assistant (m/f/d) in the Event Team

Your tasks in our team

  • Support in planning and implementing events, including logistics and participant management
  • Assistance in creating event plans and schedules
  • Management of documents, contracts, and budgets
  • Postevent followup, including invoicing and collecting feedback
  • Communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Organizing travel and accommodations
  • General administrative tasks to support the team
What you bring to the table

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field, hotel management, or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in the event industry is an advantage
