Our success hinges on adding an Information Technology Support Specialist to our team to offer technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems, software, and hardware inquiries and issues.

Address queries in person or via phone. HOW AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SPECIALIST CAN CONTRIBUTE

Offers technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and systems hardware and software
May mentor less-experienced professionals
Uses basic diagnostic methods to identify, investigate, and suggest solutions for issues
Provides remote support through desktop mirroring and other applications for worldwide sites

Identify, resolve, and give follow-up on problems raised to the helpdesk by cloud infrastructure users WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Relevant Experience: 3+ years of experience

Technical Skills Required:
Installs, modifies, and fixes computer hardware and software in person or remotely

Mandatory:
IAT Level 1 certificate must be obtained within 6 months of starting

Security Clearance Level:
TS/SCI w/Poly

Skills and Abilities Required:
Stays updated on relevant technology as assigned

Location:
On-Site in Annapolis Junction, MD
