Position Summary:
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and operations of our facility. They coordinate maintenance projects, manage contractors, and ensure the facility is safe and functional.


Responsibilities:

• Inspect Building, and common areas regularly.
• Perform light maintenance works.
• Schedule work order requests
• Coordinate contractor activities related to maintenance.
• Operates within OSHA standards and company safety policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Familiar with contract work hours and OSHA standards
• Willingness to work in various maintenance areas beyond repair work.
• Have some experience in building maintenance

Job Types:

$ $23.00 per hour
